prayer challenge - day 18

It’s Monday. Likely we are facing lots of demands on our schedules. Pray that we would be wise in how we spend our time, that we would steward our resources of time and energy well. “Therefore, be careful how you walk, not as unwise (wo)men but as wise, making the most of your time because the days are evil. So then, do no be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is, and do not get drunk with wine for that is dissipation but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and making melody with your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks f or all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father and be subject to one another in the fear of Christ” Ephesians 5:15-20

Pray for your husband and his job. Pray that God would grant him “favor and compassion in the sight of the commander of the officials”, just like He did with Daniel. Daniel 1:9 And pray the same for your job!

prayer challenge - day 17

As you prepare to join other believers in worship today, pray that you and yours would “hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how t o stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another and all the more, as you see the day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:23-25

prayer challenge - day 15

Pray that our children would “do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than themselves” Philippians 2:3

Wow. Let’s pray that not only for our children but also ourselves! Think about how our homes could be transformed if each one of us regarded the needs of others as more important than our own!
